Make Your Home Sparkle with Vinegar

Make Your Home Sparkle with Vinegar

From cleaning your metal fixtures to tarnished fitting, and cleaning your chrome furnishings, vinegar can be your solution to make your home sparkling clean always.
Home décor is not just about pretty fittings, cute artifacts and interesting furniture. A lot of it is actually also about keeping them clean and sparkling as new even after years. Are you gradually succumbing to the challenge that it is to keep your precious furniture and fittings shine like when they were new? Well not any more. Here are some easy tips on how you can make your home sparkle with vinegar.

Use Vinegar To Clean Chrome
Vinegar works wonderfully with Chrome. Mix two tablespoons of salt with one spoon of white distilled vinegar and use this paste to clean your Chrome fittings. You will be surprised to find them shining like new.

Dealing With Doorknobs
You can make your home sparkle with vinegar by not just cleaning the easy surface but difficult and twisted little corners like the brass door knobs that  you treasure. Spray the door knobs with white vinegar and wipe them dry. It both cleans and disinfects them.

Tarnished Metals
Has the natural tarnishing of the metal fixtures in your house been a source of constant bother. Well not any more. You can wipe them with a solution made of salt and white vinegar and let them shine like new. It works equally effectively on brass, copper as well as pewter.

Fire Place Cleaning
You have always aspired to get the magazine perfect look in your living room but is a greasy fireplace door ruining the effect for you. Let the vinegar come to your rescue. Mix one part vinegar with two parts water and clean the glass door in your fireplace with it and, as they say, make your home sparkle with vinegar.

Apart from these there are many ways you can make your home sparkle with vinegar. You can use it to clean and disinfect grills, dishwashers, countertops, floors and even clean sticky scissors. Almost like one medicine for many maladies.
